Louis Vuitton X Leandra Medine Cohen

I was browsing the Louis Vuitton website sometime last month and came across the Leandra Medine Cohen Campaign for the first time. This post is a little late since its from Louis Vuitton Spring Summer 2020 Collection. It was released in February 2020. I absolutely loved this campaign and so I wanted to cover it.

Man Repeller And Leandra Medine Cohen:

If you follow fashion blogs then you must know Man Repeller and its founder Leandra Medine Cohen! The idea for her blog came to Medine during a trip to Topshop with her friend Rachel Strugatz, now an online editor at Women’s Wear Daily. They were laughing at how everything was so “man-repelling” and that’s how the blog began. The idea behind it was how fashion loving women love certain trends that is off putting to certain men.

Leandra Medine and Man Repeller have come a long way since the beginning of her blog in 2010. They have managed to stay relevant and are loved by many, including yours truly!

When I saw the Louis Vuitton X Leandra Medine Cohen Spring Summer Shoe Collection campaign, it instantly made me smile! I have an MBA in marketing and have been working in Digital Media Marketing for past few years. Reading marketing case studies and understanding the role marketing plays on consumer psyche is one of my favourite pass times.

It’s the perfect campaign for the shoes in this Spring Summer 2020 collection with the perfect person to promote it! I especially loved this campaign because it feautures the LV Archlight Sneakers. The husband thinks they are hideously ugly and I absolutely Love them! The perfect Man Repelling shoes! 😆
